Aviation Consulting and Advisory

The AIRWAYS Consulting and aeronautical advice is administered by a professional degree in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro - PUC, with 32 years of experience in the aerospace segment, where he worked as an employee of the Department of Civil Aviation - DAC, whose National Agency Civil Aviation - ANAC's successor. As DAC official assumed the functions of the Executive Secretary and Coordinator of the Coordination Committee of the Civil Air Transport provided for in Section III, art.96 of the Brazilian Aeronautics Code, a body created to provide the harmonious development of the Brazilian civil aviation.

As DAC official advised the General Directorate on matters related to the import and export of aircraft and their components.

Was a guest speaker at events and national conferences of the civil aviation sector.

He participated in working groups with representatives of Brazil's Central Bank, Foreign Trade Department and the Internal Revenue Service in updating legal and procedural rules of administrative nature related to import and export of aircraft and parts.

It has training in Aviation Law, graduate of the Brazilian Association of Aeronautical and Space Law - SBDA, which is a member since 1986.
